Adventure Garden

Leeds City Council invited Bryony to design and create an adventure space in collaboration with 4 young men aged 11-16 in their residential home for looked after children. Together we created and built an imaginative and flexible design across 6 half day sessions and 2 installation days.

The project included physical play activities, exploring and making days off site and within the outdoor areas of the residential home. The sessions focused on team building, playfulness, exploring and investigation. We celebrated the final structure by inviting members of Children’s Services Team and centre staff to an end of project party and encouraged them to come and explore our fantastic work.
